Develop of carbon-based textile sensors for human-to-human knowledge transfer system using functional electrical stimulation

Simultaneously to the project: Brain-controlled robotic exoskeleton for motor training through virtual reality. I was part of the team that developed this project.

Whose objective is to approach human-to-human knowledge transfer using a system based on functional electrical stimulation (FES) with carbon-based connectors. Using the proposed approach, a human teacher’s hand-arm movements are recognized, encoded and using a teacher-student approach, the movement signals are then translated into electrical stimulation signals and transmitted to a human learner using a functional electrical stimulation device.
